We are a Nationwide Agribusiness Farm Certified Agency. Our focus, from the beginning, has been on farm and ranch insurance with an emphasis on wineries, grape growers and dairies.

Sevall Thwaites & Soper formed in 1997 as a 3 person partnership. Two offices were setup, one in Larkfield and one in Petaluma, to better serve Sonoma County.

As we see it, our primary job is to provide service to our clients that exceeds their expectation.

• Access to Crop Insurance through Golden State Crop Insurance Services. 
• Writing of Winery Bonds and Farm Labor Contractors Bonds.
• We also serve cattle ranchers and equine operations involving boarding breeding and training.
• Non agricultural commercial insurance for auto repair facilities, artisan contractors, lessors risk commercial buildings and owner occupied office and retail businesses.
• Access to many Surplus Lines Insurers if you have an unusual or difficult exposure to insure.
• We exclusively offer Allied Home and Auto coverage as well as boat, motorcycle, RV and Umbrella coverage. Our exclusive relationship with Allied gives our clients discounts not otherwise available.
• For homes exceeding $1,000,000 in replacement value we offer Allied's "Private Client" program. Coverages are designed to provide protection not available in the standard home insurance products.
• Workers Compensation Insurance through The Zenith and State Compensation Insurance Fund.
